  • String cheese(optional)


  • Sugar

  • Heavy whipping cream

  • Lady finger

  • Mascarpone cheese (about 1.5 amount compared to heavy whipping cream.)

  • Coffee

  • 1 egg yolk

  • A clean plastic disposable bottle

  1. Add water to the mac & cheese to the water line

  2. Microwave for 2 minutes (always keep an eye on overflow)

  3. Add cheese powder and stir

  4. Microwave for another 2 minutes.

  5. Spread string cheese on top

  6. Microwave for 30 seconds.

  1. Dip lady finger with coffee and layer on the bottom of the container closely.

  2. Mix egg yolk with half the sugar and mascarpone.

  3. Add sugar and cream into the plastic bottle and shake it until you can’t hear the watery sound.

  4. Mix whipped cream with the cheese mixture.

  5. Pour it on top of the ladyfingers.

  6. Refrigerate it for 4 hours.

Mochi

  • Milk

  • Any filling u like (red bean paste is highly recommended)

  • butter

  • Chia seeds

  • Oats

  • Milk of your choice (preferred almond milk)

  • Fruits

  • Cinnamon

  1. Mix mochi powder and water

  2. Microwave for 1.5 min to 2 min.(depending on how many mixtures you have)

  3. Mix butter into the cooked batter and stir.

  4. Mix with your hand until it gets stretchy.

  5. Cut it into small pieces and wrap it around the fillings.

  1. Soak chia seeds/oats with almond milk in a glass container overnight.

  2. Add toppings

  2. Mix it with milk, egg, and a pinch of baking soda.
